A great lunchbox item, this Chicken Noodles recipe is easy to prepare.
250 gram noodles (boiled al dente and drained)
2 spring onion bulbs (thinly sliced)
1 carrot (julienned)
1 cup cabbage (sliced finely)
½ cup chicken (boiled and shredded)
2 teaspoon soya sauce
½ teaspoon pepper powder
Salt (to taste)
3 tablespoon oil
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add eggs, pepper powder and salt and combine well to make scrambled eggs. Clean and heat a wok till it is smoking hot. Add the remaining oil and heat it. Add spring onion, carrots and cabbage and stir fry for a minute. Add chicken, scrambled egg, soya sauce and again stir for a minute. Lastly, add noodles and toss well and remove from heat. Serve this yum and super easy chicken noodles hot.
