Hakka Noodles

I am a big fan of Mainland China restaurant. Almost every occasion in our family is celebrated with some lip smacking authentic dishes at this restaurant. This Hakka Noodles recipe is adapted from the Mainland China cookbook.
500 gram Noodles (boiled)
3 teaspoon Groundnut Oil
¼ cup Capsicum (shredded)
¼ cup Carrot (shredded)
¼ cup Onion (shredded)
1 egg (scrambled)
1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional)
1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon White Pepper Powder
How To
Clean and heat a wok till it is smoking hot. Add the oil and heat it. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add the scrambled egg, noodles, dark soy sauce, white pepper powder and salt. Stir and toss gently for a minute, mixing the noodles, egg and vegetables thoroughly. Serve hakka noodles hot.
