Fish Fry

This fish fry recipe is very easy and can be used for any type of fish.
 
Ingredients
1. Fish – ½ kg
2. Crushed Pepper – 1 teaspoon
3. Chilli powder – 3 teaspoons
4. Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoon
5. Salt – to taste
6. Coconut Oil – for frying

 
How To
Clean and cut the fish into medium sized pieces. Grind ingredients 2 to 4 to a fine paste. Marinate the fish pieces with this ground paste and keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces.
