This eggless wheat flour cake is totally healthy. It does not have any butter, cake flour or eggs, so there!
2 cups wheat flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon soda bicarbonate
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup curd
¾ cup water
2/3 cup cooking oil
How To Make Eggless Wheat Flour Cake
Preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius. Grease an 8 inch cake tin and keep aside.
Mix together the wheat flour, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, soda bicarbonate and baking powder in a bowl. Keep aside.
In another bigger bowl, mix curd,water and oil. Mix the contents of both bowls together and combine well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin and bake for 30 minutes and remove from the oven.
Notes: This Eggless Wheat Flour Cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. However I doubt whether it will last that long as this is a totally guilt free cake and you will feel like finishing it off on the same day.
