Curd Rice from South India is truly a comfort food. This rice can be paired with just a pickle.
1 cup boiled rice
2 cups curd
1 green chilli (chopped)
¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 stalk of curry leaves
1 teaspoon coriander leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon pomegranate
Heat the oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and green chilli and sauté for a minute. Remove the pan from fire and then add rice, curd and salt and combine thoroughly. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate.
